Made of solid hardwood, this board is perfect for sushi, sashimi or any appetizer you would like. I like to use the red cap for my wasabi and shoyu.
Details: Bottom base is made of exotic Wenge wood and the cap is made of exotic Paduak. I layer the top with a coat of food grade clear epoxy just as an extra measure for liquid. Food grade oil is applied to protect the board from bacteria.
