Workshop: Monday September 25th 2023 5 pm-9 pm
Aloha, Thank you for your interest in my sign making workshop 101! I'm so thrilled to have you in my class and to teach you some basic woodworking skills to make these wood signs! This event is perfect for a celebration or just a means to hang out with friends and loved ones. This could be a date night activity for you and your significant other or you can go solo and meet other like minded people who just love to learn new things and have fun! I can do private events with themed parties as well! for example... sports themed night with individual jersey signs. By the end of the class you should be able to take home a 14" sign that you can be proud of because you made it with your own two hands.
Workshops will be held at Kuala He'eia Ecumenical youth project "Key Project" 47-200 Waihe'e rd. in Kaneohe during weekday hours. In order to keep the class I will need 8-10 ppl to sign up. If I don't have enough ppl, unfortunately I will need to cancel that class and refund payments. To book a private workshop with me, email me at shebuildstoohawaii@gmail.com. In the drop down menu, please choose a design you would like to make during the workshop. If you choose a sign with the words "E Komo Mai" and would like to customize your words, please send me and email with your order number and custom word after you have finished payment. eg for custom wording : Garrimone ' Ohana, etc..
If you would like to add a stand off acrylic to accommodate words to a wood sign that doesn't have any words please add that to your cart and send an email with order number and wording of choice. This is an extra cost. ( See example of stand off acrylic in the pictures provided). I will need to prepare it in advance along with your pattern so please add it to your cart at the same time. I won't be able to add on words last minute. Once you chose your design and pay, that is what you get. If you do not send me an email with your wording choice I will print out "E Komo Mai" as a default.
