The food grade epoxy is tinted blue to resemble the symbol of the thin blue line in support of our Police officers who have protected and served our community.
Edge grain boards will not dull knives and is coated with a food grade oil which will protect it from bacteria.
Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Not dishwater safe. Do not submerge board in water.
For an extra deep clean, Use lemon with baking powder.
After several uses, reapply a food grade oil to keep it fresh and protected.
